The service has been always fantastic, they make it a no-worry situation where they take care of everything from check-ins, cleaning and addressing any issues that arise. I have been a client of Kidd & Leavy for several years now. Their firm is outstanding in the services they provide. I was initially hesitant to rent my home on Walloon Lake for even a few weeks. My biggest concern was renter background and quality. They exceeded my expectations in bringing high quality renters to me. They know their renters and prescreen them. I rent my house for approximately three weeks a year. This year again I have repeat tenants, in fact one tenant has rented from me for the last 5 years and I have developed a friendship with him. If quality is important to you, they are a firm I would recommend to manage your rentals. Kidd & Leavy ensures renter quality and they are very timely and professional in their service. My rentals are booked one year ahead and advance deposits are required. Overall I consider Kidd & Leavy the most prominent vacation rental management company in the Petoskey, Charlevoix and Harbor springs area. I feel privileged to use the services they offer and highly recommend them.

We have worked with Kidd & Leavy Vacation Rentals in renting several different homes in the northern Michigan area over the course of 5+ years. They are very responsive and professional concerning our needs as well as the renters. K&L oversees all aspects of the process: website management, customer interface with renters, cleaning services, handyman coordination and invoicing/payment/tax documentation. They maintain consistent contact throughout the week with the renters to answer all questions, coordinate cleaning service needs for renters and/or our family and have a reliable handyman available 24/7 to assist should any odd jobs arise. Our property manager, Megan Davis, is very pleasant to work with while her knowledge in the rental space helps us continue to build our client base.
