Check-out is at 10:00 AM and check-in is at 4:00 PM. 

No, linen and towels are provided. 

Most of the time in summer season we have rental flips with same day check in/out, so sometimes we cannot grant an early check-in. If there is flexibility with the cleaners, we are more than happy to grant that. Rather than showing up to the property early, please reach out to us to ask about an early check-in: [email protected]. 

We usually start booking summers in the fall in the previous year. 

There are several marina options that rent out boats for any of the lakes in the area. Just send us an email for a marina recommendation based on what location you are renting.
